RUNELAB / DOCUMENTATION
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about launches and Bitcoin Rune context.
Does RuneLab create Bitcoin Runes?#
No. The application creates Solana token launches through Pump.fun. It does not perform Bitcoin Rune etching, minting, transfers, or bridging.
Can I enter any custom quote mint?#
No. Custom Pair uses the supported selector and trusted registry. The server rejects a quote mint or symbol outside that registry.
How do fees and visibility work?#
The wallet shows the requested transaction before it is approved, including the transaction's current costs. RuneLab does not document a fixed fee because network and transaction conditions can vary. A token becomes visible in RuneLab after confirmation, successful server verification, and record persistence.
My transaction was sent but the launch was not saved. What now?#
Wait for confirmation, then retry the save flow if the interface offers it. The browser keeps a pending launch result locally after a send so an interrupted record save can be retried. A record is saved only after server verification succeeds.
What artwork can I upload?#
Use a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file no larger than 4 MB. The Create preview crops the image into a small square thumbnail, while the metadata upload preserves the selected source file for the metadata flow.
